What is the Ohana Bar?
Ohana is your mobile cocktail bar with a tropical flair 🌴. We bring a bar, bartenders, ingredients, and decor directly to your event—whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or garden party.
What is included in the package price?
Everything you need: Tropical bamboo bar, professional bartenders, ingredients, glasses, decorations, equipment, setup & dismantling as well as the agreed service time.
How much does a mobile cocktail bar cost?
Our prices start at €750. The total price depends on the package, number of guests, cocktail quantity, and event duration. Transparent pricing – no hidden costs!
For which events can I book you?
For everyone who needs a good atmosphere and delicious cocktails: birthdays, weddings, summer parties, company events, festivals and much more 🥳
How does the booking process work?
It's very simple: You contact us via the form or by email, we will advise you personally, put together a suitable package and secure the appointment.
How does the payment process work ?
You will receive an invoice after the event. Payment is due within 10 days – conveniently via bank transfer.
What packages do you offer?
We offer five flexible cocktail packages – from a small starter set to a deluxe version. Non-alcoholic mocktail packages and customized packages are also available.
How long are you staying there?
It depends on the package—usually 3 to 5 hours. Of course, you can also book us for longer; any additional hour can be added on flexibly.
Do you also offer your service outside of Hamburg?
Yes! Our main area is Northern Germany, but if the conditions are right, we also travel nationwide. 🌍
What is your fundraising campaign all about?
We believe that every event can do good. That's why we donate €100 per order to organizations that support the environment, children, animals, or social welfare. 💛
