Cancellation Policy
By accepting this offer, you accept our general terms and conditions (AGB), excerpts of which are listed below. You can find all further information on our homepage. Overtime: The calculation of working hours begins from the time when the bar is fully set up and the cocktails are served. An extension of working hours is possible at short notice after consultation on site. Overtime is charged at €55.00 per bartender. Drinks billing: If more cocktails are served than included in the offer, we charge €8.00 for each additional cocktail. Cocktail variations: From classic cocktails to real specialties - we create delicious drinks that have something for every taste. We ask for your understanding that every event must be canceled in writing (by email) or by phone at least 48 hours before the agreed date. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, we are unfortunately forced to charge 50 percent of the agreed package price. This amount covers the costs already incurred for planning, purchasing and organization. By booking, you agree to these conditions. Thank you for your understanding!
